1- You can use your gift card to buy any product at the store.
2- You can not reload the gift card. If you need to pay for something beyond the value of the gift card you have to purchase a new one or pay with your favorite payment method.
3- Gift cards are not taxable. You don't pay tax when you purchase gift cards. If you buy gift cards combined with products you still have to pay taxes on the rest of your purchase.
4- Gift cards don't have any activation fees. Once purchased you can start using it right away.
No gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Unfortunately we don't have the feature in our system for you to do so. But if you need to know the balance email us at email@example.com, and we will be happy to check it for you.
No, it is against the law to do so. You can ONLY use the balance in your gift card to buy products in our store.
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
If you want to buy a gift card for someone else, then you need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
If a customer wants to buy a gift card online for an amount that isn't for sale on our online store, then we can create a draft order for the amount. After the customer pays, we can then issue a free gift card in that amount to you. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to help.
We don't accept returns. We want happy customers. If you ran into a situation (that is not our fault) where you want to return a product please contact us and we will analyze the situation case by case. If we agree to help you, we could give you a store credit in the first place or might decide to accept your return, within the 72 hours from when we received your case. We will not be able to refund your shipping cost for the return/change unless we have made an error with your order that prompted the return.
Take in consideration that we will not accept returns from BOXES that are part of a CAL/MAL/KAL since those come seal from the supplier. In the event that the box is damaged by the carrier that handled it, please be advice that we will need time to reorder the product from the supplier if we don't have it in stock and that will result in a delay for you. Also could be possible that the product is out of stock at the supplier. We will handle each case separately and accordingly with each circumstance. but this process will take time.
We work hard to ship your products right away, but these are difficult times and things happen. With COVID19 everything is getting hard to do. Please allow one or two days for your order to ship. Also keep in mind that once the package is with the carrier there is very little we can do to expedite it. They are also trying to do their best but reality is there are some delays there too. Please be patient. If you need something right away contact us as soon as you order to upgrade to overnight shipping at a higher cost.
Sometimes with USPS the package is marked as "delivered" when in reality it is going to be delivered next day. The best thing to do is get in contact with your local Postal Office, they are very helpful. If you don't get the package delivered by the end of next day please send us an email at email@example.com and we will try to help you in any way we can.
All orders of $100 or more before shipping and taxes get free shipping, to shipping destinations in the contiguous US States.
We are a small online store. Right now with all what is going on with COVID19 we are ONLY shipping to the United States. In the future and as this pandemic evolves we will ship worldwide.

We try our best to upload accurate pictures of the products we sell. Also we have the magnifying glass that you can hover over the pictures to see the details in a better way. Keep in mind that there could be a slight difference in color accuracy from monitor to monitor. We don't accept returns for this reason, but we want happy customers. We order from our suppliers once a week. If you want something and you don't see it on our page chances are that we can order it for you if the product is available from the supplier. Contact us via email to see if we can help you.
